"O'Neale is a high-IQ player with exceptional skills," Ott praises. "He's evolved through hard work, and his impact is felt on both ends of the court."
The Wizards, meanwhile, are looking to their young talent to carry them forward. Rookie shooting guard Tre Johnson has been impressive, averaging 13.8 points since becoming a full-time starter.

"When we play as a team, we're consistent and effective," George observes.
