These projects aim to create a seamless flow of goods, with Egyptian raw materials and manufactured goods finding their way to Tanzania, and Tanzanian products gaining access to major Egyptian ports. The reciprocal establishment of logistics zones is a unique aspect, modeled on Egypt's successful collaboration with Rwanda, promising joint investments, industrial cooperation, and employment opportunities.
Al-Wazir highlighted Egypt's expertise in infrastructure development, with Egyptian companies boasting an impressive track record of delivering major projects worldwide. He assured that projects in Tanzania would be executed with the highest standards, efficiency, and competitiveness.
Tanzanian Foreign Minister Kombo expressed gratitude for Egypt's role, praising Egyptian expertise across various sectors.
